We worked on this job through the winter. 20 loads of dirt hauled in for us to grade and shape. Boulder walls, stone steppers, block/brick walls with bluestone caps, bluestone patio, drainage work, irrigation system, driveway, lighting, trees, plants, sod, pathways, mulch.

Lake Blalock
Before & During our work
Thankful to be chosen for this project. The client was great to work for. They hoped to create a park like setting where they would love to go outside and enjoy their time on the property at Lake Blalock in Chesnee. They hired us to handle the design work, selection of all materials, management of construction and complete installation.
We worked here every day for 2 months straight. A lot of planning, coordinating, facilitating materials on site with limited access and staging space, working our way backwards out of the yard and up to the street. Many, many details both seen and unseen. My guys did an awesome job and were determined to do the best they could on every aspect.
Scope of work included :
- raised paver patio with curved seat walls
- paver landing and curved steps
- gas fire pit with natural stone cap
- fieldstone boulder placements
- grading and shaping yard

Parkins Mill Home
Before our work
We were asked to come in and team up with another company on this landscape. We worked through the winter and had plenty of dealings with the weather but in the end it turned out nicely.

Three months of coordinating, layout, grading, shaping, prep work, trees, plants, sod and mulch. Thankful for my crew and the opportunity to work at this home.
Lake Robinson
Before our work
At this home we were able to take part in the entire process. We cleared the lot, positioned the house, laid out driveway, patios and surrounding yard. During the home build we took care of continual grading, shaping and drainage on the property.
After our work
Installation included irrigation system, drainage work, boulder placements, custom hardscapes, fire pit, landscape lighting, trees, plants, sod and mulch.
Keowee Cove
Project Details
Nestled in the woods on a cove at Lake Keowee. We had to carve a long trail through the woods on the side of this property in order to create access for equipment and materials to get into the back yard. A couple semi loads of boulders from TN, large stone slabs, fill dirt, treated timber posts, crushed slate chips, sod, plants, mulch and more.
Difficult and limited working space but it turned out sweet in the end.

Zacher Residence
Project Details
Took this small side yard in downtown Greenville and turned it into a purposeful space.
Demo, grading, drainage, custom patio, brick columns/walls/borders, dry creek bed, lighting, new driveway, plants and mulch.

Long Residence
During our work
We’re thankful for opportunities like these. These clients were great people to work for. After they had a new pool put in, they hired us to come in and create a custom retreat of a backyard.
After our work
Our scope of work included grading, irrigation, boulder work, fire pit area, cedar arbor with bed swing, landscape lighting, trees/plants, sod and mulch. Our hope is the homeowner’s family can enjoy the landscape and these new spaces.
Patton Residence

We began our work on this 40-acre property with a clean slate before us. The landscape installations took place on the few acres surrounding the home.
After our work
The end result was a thoughtfully designed outdoor space. Complete with grading, irrigation system, downspout drainage, french drains, trees, plants, Zoysia sod and mulch.
Hotel Domestique Project
Before our work
What we found upon our initial visit was an overgrown, tired courtyard that did not properly reflect the beauty of it's surroundings.
During our work
We began with demo work, building a ramp into the courtyard and hauling all the debris away. Then with our clean slate we started on a beautiful water feature, complete with french drain system. After the base gravel was graded out, we created new bed lines and brought in specimen fieldstone boulders and trees. Finishing off with a decorative pea gravel.
After our work
The finishing touches included an application of a special bonding agent to the decorative pea gravel. We also installed beautiful lighting to highlight the landscaping and create a gorgeous outdoor space in the evenings. Our work transformed this once bedraggled space, into a stunning contemporary, european style courtyard.
